Francis Fan practices corporate and commercial law and estate planning law in Markham, Ontario. His experience ranges from serving large institutional clients to small to mid-sized business clients, in the fields of real estate development, construction, manufactured goods, education, health, technology, and catering. Francis was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. 

Francis’ estate planning practice includes providing advise on primary and secondary/corporate wills, advising on international estates, tax issues in an estate planning context, family trusts, estate freezes, and probate.

With over eight years of legal practice under his belt, Todd has a thorough understanding of the complexities of the real estate industry and a proven track record of achieving favourable outcomes for his clients.

Todd graduated with a degree in business from the University of Toronto and later went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate law, including real estate transactions, mortgages, and will drafting, and is available to serve clients in both Ottawa and Toronto.

Todd is known for his clear communication and personalized approach to each client’s legal needs. 

Todd is focused on helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape of real estate and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome at fair and transparent prices. Todd is available to take on new clients in Ottawa and Toronto.

Gagan Singh specializes in corporate/estates law. He graduated from York University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. Prior to his current role, Gagan worked at the Toronto office of a large national firm, advising clients on a wide range of capital market activities. Gagan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.

Gagan’s practice is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to efficiently achieving client objectives across various industries.
